Senator Donley requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                    
HOUSE BILL NO. 22(JUD) An Act relating to civil liability for                  
illegal sale or barter of an alcoholic beverage or a controlled                
substance; and providing for an effective date be taken up at this             
time.                                                                          
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 22(JUD) was before the Senate on                         
reconsideration.                                                               
                                                                               
The question to be reconsidered: Shall CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO.                   
22(JUD) An Act relating to civil liability for illegal sale or barter          
of an alcoholic beverage or a controlled substance; and providing for
